Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Idlen browser extension ("Extension") and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Idlen ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
Service Description
Idlen is a browser extension that displays developer-focused advertisements during natural waiting periods when using AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms). Users earn money for viewing these advertisements.
The Service includes:
- The Idlen browser extension for Chrome and other supported browsers
- The Idlen dashboard for tracking earnings and managing payouts
- Related APIs and backend services
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to artificially increase earnings is prohibited and will result in account termination.
Earnings & Payments
Earning Money
- You earn money for valid ad impressions while using supported AI platforms
- Earnings rates vary based on advertiser bids and may change without notice
- We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, or forfeit earnings in cases of fraud or Terms violations
Minimum Payout

- Stripe (bank transfer, debit card)
- API credits conversion (OpenAI, Anthropic) with 10% bonus
Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings. We may be required to collect tax information and report earnings to tax authorities as required by law.
Fraud Prevention
We employ fraud detection systems. Artificially inflating impressions, using bots, or any form of click fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake impressions
- Click on your own ads or encourage others to do so artificially
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Extension
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass fraud detection mechanisms
- Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Idlen and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The Idlen name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Idlen.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings. Earnings depend on advertiser demand, your usage patterns, and other factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDLEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any third-party content or services
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of earnings paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Extension and requesting account deletion through the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have:
- Violated these Terms
- Engaged in fraudulent activity
- Created risk or legal exposure for us
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date
- We will notify you via email or in-app notification
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
