Tech Lead (Fullstack Developer)

To help us meet our growing challenges, we are seeking an experienced and driven Tech Lead to join our R&D team. This pivotal role combines technical leadership with active development, fostering the success of team members while driving forward innovative solutions in the supply chain domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Growth

• Lead, mentor, and support fullstack software engineers, helping them develop their skills and thrive in their roles.
• Guide the team toward technical excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.
• Ensure alignment with FuturMaster’s strategic objectives and roadmap.

Project Contribution

• Actively participate in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Engage hands-on in coding, code reviews, and solution architecture to ensure best practices are applied.
• Tackle supply chain challenges such as configuration management, handling large data volumes, and addressing technical issues including cloud transition, data model evolution, and performance optimization.

Agile Squad Effort

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, architects, QAs, product managers, and business experts.
• Take part in all phases of agile development: requirement analysis, estimation, implementation, automated testing, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with international teams across France and China, including stakeholders in design, product, and QA.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Technical Environment:

• Microservices in Java 21 with SpringBoot
• Container-based deployment
• ReactJS front-end
• PostgreSQL & MongoDB databases
• AWS cloud platform

About You:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead in a software company, with a track record of developing and supporting team members.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with deep expertise in Java Spring and backend architecture.
• Solid experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• A proactive mindset: able to step back, challenge assumptions, and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communicator, mentor, and team player.
• Fluent in English to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
• Educational background in engineering or equivalent (computer science/applied mathematics).
